It was a first engaging the dormitory operators at a dialogue session organised by the Ministry of Manpower on 7 July 2017, where Mr Eugene Heng, Member of the Public Hygiene Council, shared about the Keep Singapore Clean Movement and encouraged dormitory operators to promote the message within their dormitories.

During the exchange with dormitory operators, we also gained greater understanding on the ground challenges they faced, and would be working with them to co-create solutions.
