PUBLIC HYGIENE COUNCIL
The Public Hygiene Council (PHC) was formed in 2011 to raise standards of public hygiene and cleanliness in Singapore. The Council, comprising representatives from multiple sectors, works to strengthen and coordinate community efforts to improve the cleanliness and hygiene standards in Singapore. It also complements government's efforts in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
