The annual Public Hygiene Council (PHC) Appreciation Day was held on Saturday, 13 July 2019, to recognise organisations who were strong partners of the Keep Singapore Clean Movement.

17 organisations were presented the Sustained Contribution Awards for participating in the Keep Clean, Singapore! activation for past three years. In addition, more than 450 organisations from schools, grassroots and corporations were acknowledged for conducting various clean-up initiatives in 2019.
