Seven Sustainable Bright Spot (SBS) partners (Boon Lay View RC, Kolam Ayer CCC, Ping An RC, Taman Jurong Zone C RN, Taman Jurong Zone F RC, Tampines Grace RC and Yishun Greenwalk RC) across Singapore have launched the Sustainable Bright Spot. The SBS initiative was rolled out over the past few months at these housing estates to encourage residents to embrace the culture of picking up after themselves, and taking strong ownership of the cleanliness of their shared community spaces.

We are heartened to see residents stepping forward to make their neighbourhoods a better place for everyone. It is important that we continue to build a culture of reducing our waste, cleaning up after ourselves and binning our litter properly. Through the commitment of our SBS partners, we hope to reinforce the message that everyone needs to take personal responsibility for keeping our shared community spaces clean.
