The Public Hygiene Council (PHC) continued its annual engagement with public agencies to share flagship initiatives such as the Keep Clean, Singapore! campaign, CleanSG Day and CleanPod.

PHC Chairman, Mr Edward D’Silva, emphasised the importance of good personal hygiene habits to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. He also reiterated that Singapore’s over-reliance on cleaners would not be sustainable in years to come. Support was obtained from the participants to collaborate with PHC on how the agencies could take up extended role to keep Singapore clean and safe.

PHC Executive Director, Mr Tony Tan, also shared the upcoming ground up initiatives that PHC is launching with various partners from grassroots organisations, hotels, coffee shops and etc to reach out to the public, especially heartlanders.
