Keeping Singapore Clean

'Keep Clean, Singapore!'

Why Register?

Although no permit is required to organise a clean-up in Singapore, Groups are strongly encouraged to notify land owners and authorities on the activity plans. By registering with us, we can help to check the schedule with the relevant stakeholders and advise you on the site availability before you finalise your plans.

Please read before registering:

  1. This registration is only for the four recreational beaches (Changi Beach, East Coast Beach, Pasir Ris Beach and Sembawang Beach).

  2. As slots are subjected to availability, please register at least 20 working days in advance to avoid disappointment.

  3. For schools or student groups, please register via this link instead: https://www.cgs.sg/programmes/school-programmes/clean-singapore-learning-trail-(beaches)

  4. After submitting the form, we will contact you within a few working days to confirm the registration and provide you with the cleaning contractor contacts.

  5. You may contact the respective cleaning contractor directly to clarify on the collection of trash after the activity.

  6. There is no fee required for the registration.

  7. The activity/programme is solely conducted by the person-in-charge.

  8. This form may take you about 5 minutes to complete. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

  9. PHC is not able to provide any 'Certificate of Participation' for your participants.
