The timeline features four key milestones: (1) Video Production Workshop on Friday 24 July 2026, from 2.30pm to 5.30pm — attendance is strongly encouraged but not compulsory, registration required; (2) Submission of Entries from Monday 27 July 2026 to Friday 28 August 2026 at 11.59pm — entries to be submitted via FormSG and uploaded to Google Drive; (3) Public Voting from Thursday 8 October 2026 to Wednesday 21 October 2026 (TBC) — Top 10 entries will be published on PHC's Facebook Page (@KeepSGClean) for public voting; and (4) Prize Presentation on Thursday 22 October 2026, from 3pm to 5pm (TBC) — invitations will be extended to competition finalists.

Participants are required to submit their storyboard (in any format — written, drawn, or otherwise), final video, and photo(s) of their team in action. The storyboard and final video will be used for judging purposes. A QR code is included for submission via https://go.gov.sg/mtckscsub. Please note that the submission form will only be accessible during the official submission period: Monday 27 July 2026, 12.00am to Friday 28 August 2026, 11.59pm
