School Visits by the PHC

Nov 13, 2017

In the last few months, Public Hygiene Council (PHC) made visits to about 11 schools to encourage their Keep Singapore Clean Movement in Schools endeavours and understand on challenges faced. We were pleased to know that the schools have been inculcating strong core values such as responsibility in students from a young age, starting from daily cleaning.

Some schools also play an active role in engaging parents as it is key that parents reinforce at home on the right habits that children have learnt in school. PHC will be cross-sharing the best practices from schools for other schools to learn from. We also aim to provide related educational resources to facilitate the learning journey for the students.
