The Public Hygiene Council (PHC) leveraged several NEA’s community platforms to share its key programmes such as ‘Keep Clean, Singapore!’ and ‘Bright Spot’ to more than 450 grassroots and partners. During the Environmental Regional Workshops held at North West (4 March), South East (10 March) and South West (25 March) respectively, the PHC had garnered strong support from the participants in the Keep Singapore Clean Movement.
